09:14 · Before the first client
Until now Flicking through the diary, trying to work out who’s due back. Most days, that’s as far as it gets.
The messages are already written. You swipe and send. Done.
Every morning, the clients who are due back are waiting for you, each with a message ready to go. Before you see them, Cosvion checks that consent is on record and that the number and wording are right. Nothing goes out unless you’ve seen and approved it. If in doubt, Cosvion holds a message back, and it filters out duplicates. Your reputation stays protected.
How do my appointments get into the system?
We transfer all your existing clients, appointments and treatment cycles into Cosvion, from an export of your booking software (Fresha, Treatwell, Booksy or Phorest, for example). If you keep paper record cards, we transfer them for you. Both are part of the setup and cost nothing extra. If it ever gets tricky, we work out the way together on the call. If you use Bookly, new bookings are then added automatically from the confirmation emails. There is no direct connection to your calendar. Everything is up and running within seven days of us receiving your data and access details. For exceptionally large paper records, we agree the timeframe with you beforehand.

11:30 · Between two treatments
Until now Thursday is half empty. Three regulars were due back ages ago, and nobody noticed.
The first reply is in. Thursday is filling up.
Your client replies in your WhatsApp, you confirm Thursday at 3pm and add the appointment as usual. Your part in bringing them back: one swipe and send, at 09:14 this morning.
Which number does the message come from?
Yours. Cosvion gets the message ready. Once you approve it, one tap opens it in your WhatsApp and you send it yourself. So your client is chatting with you, not with a system.

17:50 · After the last client
Until now The treatment is over and Lisa leaves. Nobody asks her for a review.
More Google reviews, without you having to remember.
After the appointment, a friendly request for a review is ready for your approval the next morning. Cosvion prepares it for every client, because Google doesn’t allow you to ask only the happy ones. More reviews help new clients find you on Google. Enter your salon name and see how your profile could look in 90 days.
Where is my clients’ data stored?
On servers in Germany (EU), with the system itself hosted by netcup in Nuremberg. Cosvion only uses client and appointment data from your business, not your private contacts. For message suggestions, Anthropic’s AI model Claude only receives the first name, treatment type, time since the last visit and message type, no surnames and no phone numbers. Anthropic may also process this information in the USA, does not use it for training and deletes it after 30 days at the latest. Cosvion is not publicly accessible on the internet, only through a private, encrypted network of devices we approve. The data belongs to you.

21:40 · After hours
Until now WhatsApp instead of the sofa. And Lisa still hasn’t had her aftercare message.
Your phone stays down.
Everything that needed doing is done, and you can see it at a glance. No messages after hours, no to-do list going round your head. Your evening is yours again.

What do clients who don’t come back cost you?
They don’t cancel. They just don’t come back. Put in your salon’s figures: the receipt does the maths and deducts the cost of Cosvion straight away.
Default values are example assumptions. The prices are typical for UK salons outside London. Enter your own figures. Model calculation, no guarantee of results.

We’re a small team in Offenbach am Main, Germany, and that’s on purpose. Fabian built AI systems for the public sector before most people were talking about AI. Mohammed knows the beauty industry and turns what really happens in a salon into clear processes. For you, that means you talk to the people who build Cosvion, and your feedback goes straight into the product.

Ask on WhatsAppFrequently asked questions about Cosvion Rebook
What is Cosvion Rebook?
Cosvion Rebook is a system for beauty salons that brings regular clients back. It recognises which clients are due back, or already overdue, based on their usual rhythm, and drafts a personal message for each of them. It also prepares aftercare messages after treatments, appointment reminders and requests for a Google review. You approve every message and send it yourself from your WhatsApp. It’s provided by Cosvion Solutions, based in Offenbach am Main, Germany.
Which salons is Cosvion Rebook right for?
For salons that rely on regular clients: beauty salons, lash studios, nail salons and brow studios, plus aesthetics clinics and permanent make-up studios. Cosvion recognises when a client is due back based on their usual rhythm, whether that’s an infill after three weeks or a colour boost after a year. You pay a fixed price per location, however many clients you have.
Does Cosvion Rebook replace my booking software?
No. You keep your booking software and run your diary as usual. Cosvion Rebook works alongside it and shows you every morning who’s due back, with the message ready. We transfer all your existing clients, appointments and treatment cycles for you during setup, from an export of your booking software or from your paper record cards.
My booking system already sends reminders. What’s different?
Reminders from your booking system go to clients who already have an appointment. Cosvion looks at the clients who haven’t rebooked yet, spots who’s due back based on their usual rhythm and drafts a personal message from you. You approve it and send it from your own WhatsApp. Nothing goes out on its own.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It’s yours. When your contract ends, you can request an export of all your clients and appointments (for example for Excel or other software). After that, we delete everything. So you’re never tied to Cosvion.
How much does Cosvion Rebook cost?
Per location per month: £295 on a 3-month term, £255 on 12 months, £210 on 15 months. In Ireland: €350 / €300 / €250. We don’t charge VAT. Depending on your VAT position, you may have to account for VAT yourself (reverse charge). This includes the complete system, new features in the standard system and support. Bespoke changes are charged on a time basis. If we’ve sent you a personal quote, that quote applies. For business customers only. Full details are on our pricing page.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes, and you choose it: 3, 12 or 15 months. To end it at the end of the term, you give one month’s notice. If you don’t cancel, the contract continues on a rolling basis and you can cancel at any time with one month’s notice to the end of a month. A simple email is enough. And within the first 30 days, you can cancel free of charge without giving a reason. Full details are in our terms.
Who writes the aftercare messages?
Cosvion suggests them, with the help of Anthropic’s AI model Claude. Every suggestion is a draft that you read before approving it. They must never promise healing or results, and you check for that when you approve them. Cosvion doesn’t recommend treatments.
Won’t this annoy my clients?
No. A client only gets a message when there’s a reason: when they’re due back, before their appointment, for aftercare, or after their appointment with a request for a review. And only with their consent. You see every message beforehand. To your client, it’s a message from you, because it is one.
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. We set everything up for you. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Cosvion.
Do I need to prepare for the demo?
No. It helps if you roughly know which treatments you do most often. We’ll work out the rest together.
