How much does Cosvion Rebook cost?
In short
Cosvion Rebook costs £295 a month on a 3-month term, £255 on 12 months and £210 on 15 months, per location, with no VAT charged. In Ireland: €350, €300 or €250. Setup and transferring your clients are included, and you can cancel free of charge within the first 30 days of your contract.

What’s included, and what costs extra
Included in every term
- Everything that brings clients back: aftercare, appointment reminders, Google review requests, reminders when a top-up or colour boost is due
- Clients hear from you, on your own WhatsApp, and only once you’ve approved the message
- Up and running within seven days of us receiving your data, transfer of all your existing clients and cycles included
- A direct line to us instead of a ticket system
- One fixed price per location, however many clients you have
- Free to cancel in the first 30 days, no reason needed. A simple email is enough.
What costs extra, and what doesn’t
- No setup fee. Setup and transferring your data, including from paper record cards, are included in the price.
- No charge per message. You only pay the monthly price per location.
- Only bespoke changes cost extra, along with new features outside the standard system. They’re charged on a time basis, and we tell you the price beforehand in text form, by email for example.

What do clients who don’t come back cost you?
They don’t cancel. They just don’t come back. Put in your salon’s figures: the receipt does the maths and deducts the cost of Cosvion straight away.

A free 30-day exit. If Cosvion isn’t right for you within the first 30 days of your contract, you can leave without giving a reason. It costs you nothing: we refund anything you’ve already paid within 14 days.
Questions about pricing and your contract
Is there a setup fee?
No. We set up Cosvion Rebook for you and transfer your clients and appointments from an export of your booking software or from your paper record cards. That’s included in the monthly price.
What does ‘per location’ mean?
The monthly price covers one salon, however many clients you have. If you have more than one location, the price applies to each of them.
Does the price stay the same?
Yes, for your whole chosen term. If the price for the period after that changes, we’ll tell you in text form at least six weeks beforehand, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.
How do I pay?
You receive an invoice for the monthly price at the start of each month, payable within 14 days.
Do you charge VAT on top?
No. We’re a small business under German VAT rules (§ 19 UStG), and our services to businesses in the UK and Ireland aren’t subject to German VAT, so we don’t charge VAT. You pay us exactly the price shown: £295, £255 or £210 a month per location (€350, €300 or €250 in Ireland). Depending on your VAT position, UK or Irish rules may require your business to account for VAT on our services itself (reverse charge). Please check this with your accountant.
How does the free 30-day exit work?
Within 30 days of the start of your contract, you can end it with immediate effect without giving a reason. A simple email is enough. You pay nothing for this period, and we refund anything you’ve already paid within 14 days.
What happens after the term?
To end the contract at the end of the term, you give one month’s notice. If you don’t cancel, it continues on a rolling basis and you can cancel at any time with one month’s notice to the end of a month. It doesn’t renew for another fixed term.

The quote you received from us in text form applies, for example as a pilot salon. The prices on this page are our standard prices.
